8:28 Gladiators is more than a volleyball program, it's a movement built on faith, resilience, discipline, and community. Inspired by the principles of accountability, integrity, and respect, we are committed to developing athletes physically, mentally, and spiritually in an environment where they are challenged to become their very best.

Our mission is to elevate youth volleyball across Kansas by providing meaningful competitive opportunities for homeschooled, hybrid, online, and public-school students who are not participating with the school they attend. We exist to provide a place where every athlete has the opportunity to grow, compete, and belong, especially those who have been overlooked or are simply searching for a program that values both the athlete and the individual.

As Gladiators, we strive to embody the qualities of true warriors: strength, perseverance, courage, humility, and unity. We believe success is not measured solely by wins and losses, but by the character we build, the relationships we form, and the way we represent ourselves both on and off the court. Every practice, competition, and interaction is an opportunity to honor God through our effort, attitude, and sportsmanship.

We believe every athlete has been uniquely gifted by God with talents and abilities that should be developed for a greater purpose. Our responsibility is not only to help athletes reach their potential in volleyball, but also to encourage them to use their gifts to serve others. Whether through acts of kindness, community service, leadership, or simply encouraging those around them, we strive to be a light in our schools, communities, and beyond.

8:28 Gladiators is a Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA) approved homeschool volleyball program that provides competitive school volleyball opportunities for homeschooled, hybrid, online, and public-school students who are not participating with the school they attend.

Unlike traditional public-school athletic programs, we receive no tax funding or school district financial support. Every season is made possible through athlete fees, fundraising, and the generosity of community partners like you.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all eligible donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible as permitted by law.
